Again Ericsson Bangladesh office enforced and stopped working by Staffs
Ericsson employees went to strike again after all the discussions were in disarray. The employees of the company announced new indefinite strike from Today 11am.
Employees' Association Ericsson Employees Union of Bangladesh General Secretary Lutfar Rahman said the employees have to make such a decision again because of the absence of any concessions after negotiations with the Asian continent of Ericsson in a week.

Earlier on 17th August, Ericsson Bangladesh authorities sent at least 50 people's notice of excommunication through e-mail. The employees, who have been blocked by the top officials who have been given the notice without giving any further notice and without any extra benefit.
After receiving the notice, the officials applied for the grant of voluntary retirement schemes such as mobile phone operators and other organizations. But Ericsson did not listen to them.
Later, Ericsson officials met with Ericsson Employees Union leaders. Then talk to the week-long. But in the end the discussion did not result in any positive results.
Previously contacted with Lutfor Rahman, general secretary of LM Ericsson Employees' Union of Bangladesh,told that the decision has taken brutally,without considering any type of humanities to theemployees and broke the Bangladesh Labour Law.He also said many of the employees have served in Ericsson Bangladesh more than ten years.The company has laid off these employees with a lump sum benefit,which is not acceptable at all.They have knocked several times to the management,but they refused every proposal.
The company, which is primarily trimming its employees due to loss of business, earlier this year, all of them cut down 500 workers last year.
