Management and Deprived Employees face to face at Ericsson Bangladesh office
Today Morning Higher management and Deprived Employees of Ericsson Bangladesh Ltd are being face to face and Some incident happened.
Pressnews365 correspondent said,As Huge Job cut is going on at Ericsson Bangladesh Ltd.By external and internal pressure Higher management has took some decision to give deprived employees a lump sum amount of money to settle down the issue.But Ericsson All employees forum has denied this one sided discussion.To express their decision they have given a signed paper to HR team.HR Team has taken time up to 27 th april.
All employee forum want to meet HR team to know their decision.But Ericsson Bangladesh admin Department closed the office,deployed high security and also closed all access to their employee.
At the same time Mir Awal Khademur Rahman, Human Resources director of LM Ericsson Bangladesh Ltd has taken leave and his phone is out of reach status.
Employees have taken their position in front of Ericsson building to know the actual situation and also they have done a half day hunger strike and committed to continuous the hunger strike.A hazardous situation is going on at LM Ericsson Bangladesh Ltd.
